Meghan was raised in Kansas and moved to Colorado in 2009. She is the owner and founder of KidSpace, a children’s indoor playground and STEM learning center in Westminster, CO and brings a first-hand knowledge of commercial real estate through the eyes of a business owner to her commercial clients.
Meghan Stockman attended the University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Atmospheric Science. She was a Space Weather Forecaster for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration until March of 2018. Major Meghan Stockman (Ret.) was Commander of the 127th Weather Flight in the Kansas Air National Guard and moved on to be the Senior Weather Officer at Joint Forces Headquarters in the Colorado Air National Guard. Meghan worked for both State rescue efforts at NORAD/Northcom in a National Defense capacity. She retired in 2017 after 20 years of Service. Her understanding of Veterans and Military life makes her uniquely suited to serve the residential real estate community with so many current and prior military members living and moving through the Colorado area. She has personally been relocated and is very familiar with the VA loan process and the benefits it can bring to her clients.
Meghan Stockman is the sole broker for KidSpace, Inc. as it expands across the country. Her desire for knowledge in the commercial industry brings a well-rounded expertise to her clients. She is determined to help current and future business owners have the very best understanding of their options on one of the biggest expenses a business will encounter. Meghan brings that same passion for helping homeowners feel educated and secure in the choices they make on a very important financial decision in their lives. Meghan Stockman is married and lives in Bailey, Colorado with her husband and two children. She spends her free time skiing and traveling.
